Conditions de réservation et d'annulation – Maison ROHA

Pour confirmer votre séjour dans notre maison, les conditions suivantes s'appliquent :

• Paiement : Le montant de la première nuit est prélevé au moment de la réservation à titre d'acompte. Le solde sera réglé sur place lors de votre séjour.

• Annulation gratuite : Vous pouvez annuler votre séjour jusqu’à 48 heures avant votre arrivée. Dans ce cas, l'acompte de la première nuit vous sera intégralement remboursé.

• Annulation tardive ou non-présentation : En cas d'annulation moins de 48 heures avant l'arrivée, ou si vous ne vous présentez pas, l'acompte de la première nuit sera conservé par l'établissement.

Om uw verblijf in ons huis te bevestigen, gelden de volgende voorwaarden:

• Betaling: Het bedrag van de eerste overnachting wordt bij reservatie in rekening gebracht als voorschot. Het resterende saldo wordt ter plaatse betaald tijdens uw verblijf.

• Gratis annuleren: U kunt uw verblijf kosteloos annuleren tot 48 uur voor aankomst. In dat geval wordt het voorschot van de eerste nacht volledig terugbetaald.

• Late annulering of no-show: Bij annulering binnen 48 uur voor aankomst, of indien u niet komt opdagen, wordt het voorschot van de eerste nacht ingehouden door het etablissement.

To confirm your stay at our guesthouse, the following conditions apply:

• Payment: The amount for the first night will be charged at the time of booking as a deposit. The remaining balance is to be settled on-site during your stay.

• Free Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival (local time). In this case, the first-night deposit will be fully refunded.

• Late Cancellation or No-Show: In the event of a cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the first-night deposit will be retained by the establishment.
