Algemene voorwaarden

1. Réservation et Paiement

Acompte : Pour confirmer votre séjour, le montant de la première nuit est prélevé au moment de la réservation.
Solde : Le reste du montant du séjour est à régler sur place, lors de votre arrivée.

Annulation gratuite : Vous pouvez annuler votre séjour sans frais jusqu'à 48 heures avant votre arrivée. Dans ce cas, l'acompte de la première nuit vous sera intégralement remboursé.
Annulation tardive ou non-présentation : Si l'annulation intervient moins de 48 heures avant l'arrivée, ou en cas de non-présentation, l'acompte de la première nuit sera conservé par l'établissement.
Séjour écourté : Tout séjour commencé est dû dans son intégralité.

Le jacuzzi, le sauna et le hammam sont mis à votre disposition de manière exclusive.

Hygiène : La douche est obligatoire avant chaque utilisation des installations.
Sécurité & Santé : L’utilisation du spa est interdite aux mineurs non accompagnés. Elle est déconseillée aux femmes enceintes et aux personnes souffrant de troubles cardiaques. La consommation d’alcool et de nourriture est strictement interdite dans l’espace bien-être.
Responsabilité : Les hôtes utilisent ces installations sous leur propre responsabilité.
Dégâts : Tout dommage causé par une utilisation inappropriée (ex: ajout de produits dans l'eau du jacuzzi, non-respect des consignes) fera l'objet d'une facturation.

Supplément : Les chiens sont les bienvenus moyennant un supplément de 20 € par séjour.
Responsabilité : Les propriétaires sont responsables de la tenue et de la propreté de leur animal. Tout dégât matériel (mobilier, literie, etc.) sera intégralement facturé à hauteur des frais de réparation ou de remplacement.

Éco-gestes : Dans une démarche de respect de l’environnement, nous vous remercions de veiller à éteindre les installations énergivores (spa, lumières) après chaque usage.
Tabac : L'ensemble de l'établissement est strictement non-fumeur.

1. Reservatie en Betaling

Voorschot: Om uw verblijf te bevestigen, wordt het bedrag van de eerste overnachting in rekening gebracht op het moment van reservatie.
Saldo: Het resterende bedrag van het verblijf dient ter plaatse te worden betaald bij aankomst.

2. Annuleringsvoorwaarden

Gratis annuleren: U kunt uw verblijf kosteloos annuleren tot 48 uur voor aankomst. In dat geval wordt het voorschot van de eerste nacht volledig terugbetaald.
Late annulering of no-show: Bij annulering binnen 48 uur voor aankomst, of in het geval van een no-show, wordt het voorschot van de eerste nacht ingehouden door het etablissement.
Vervroegd vertrek: Een reeds begonnen verblijf is volledig verschuldigd.

3. Gebruik van de Wellnessruimte (Privé-spa) De jacuzzi, de sauna en de hammam staan exclusief tot uw beschikking.

Hygiëne: Douchen is verplicht voor elk gebruik van de faciliteiten.
Veiligheid & Gezondheid: Gebruik van de spa is verboden voor minderjarigen zonder toezicht. Gebruik wordt afgeraden voor zwangere vrouwen en personen met hartaandoeningen. Consumptie van alcohol en voedsel is strikt verboden in de wellnessruimte.
Verantwoordelijkheid: Gasten gebruiken deze faciliteiten op eigen risico.
Schade: Schade door onjuist gebruik (bijv. toevoegen van producten aan het water, negeren van instructies) wordt volledig gefactureerd.

4. Huisdieren

Toeslag: Honden zijn welkom tegen een toeslag van € 20 per verblijf.
Verantwoordelijkheid: Eigenaren zijn verantwoordelijk voor het gedrag en de netheid van hun dier. Elke materiële schade (meubels, beddengoed, enz.) wordt volledig in rekening gebracht voor reparatie of vervanging.

5. Milieu en Huisregels

Milieubewustzijn: In het kader van milieurespect vragen wij u vriendelijk om energieverslindende installaties (spa, verlichting) na gebruik uit te schakelen.
Roken: Het volledige etablissement is strikt rookvrij.

Deposit: To confirm your stay, the amount for the first night is charged at the time of booking.
Balance: The remaining balance is to be settled on-site upon arrival.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation: You may cancel your stay free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival. In this case, the first-night deposit will be fully refunded.
Late Cancellation or No-Show: If cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival, or in case of a no-show, the first-night deposit will be retained by the establishment.
Shortened Stay: Any stay that has already commenced is non-refundable and due in full.

3. Use of the Wellness Area (Private Spa) The jacuzzi, sauna, and hammam are provided for your exclusive use.

Hygiene: Showering is mandatory before using any of the facilities.
Safety & Health: Use of the spa is prohibited for unaccompanied minors. It is discouraged for pregnant women and individuals with heart conditions. The consumption of food and alcohol is strictly forbidden in the wellness area.
Responsibility: Guests use these facilities at their own risk.
Damage: Any damage caused by inappropriate use (e.g., adding products to the jacuzzi water, failure to follow instructions) will be charged to the guest.

4. Pets

Surcharge: Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €20 per stay.
Responsibility: Owners are responsible for the behavior and cleanliness of their pet. Any material damage (furniture, bedding, etc.) will be fully charged for repair or replacement.

5. Environment and House Rules

Eco-friendly gestures: To help protect the environment, we kindly ask you to turn off energy-consuming facilities (spa, lights) after each use.
Smoking: The entire establishment is strictly non-smoking.
